(“Company”, “we”, “our,” or “us”) Press Site. On this Press Site, we host a variety of videos, images, logos, footages, audio, speech, or other assets of Company ("Company Assets"). The use of Company Assets is subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy (the “Terms”).

If you are a member of the press, you may use Company Assets solely for the gathering, publishing, or broadcasting of news, periodicals, and broadcasts that comment, notice, or report on Company or its products or services as long as your use complies with these Terms. No other use of Company Assets is permitted.

• In your use of the Company Assets, you must include a disclaimer that portions of the materials used are trademarks or copyrighted works of Company, Inc. and that all rights are reserved by Company. 
• You may not register or use any trademark, logo, or domain name that is confusingly similar with our trademarks, logos, and domain names.
• You are prohibited to create derivate work or material of our trademarks, logos, copyrights, and notice.
   

CONTENT

All use of Company Assets must be appropriate for the audience of the Company Assets. In particular, any use of the Company Assets must be consistent with the age rating of each entertainment property as the following rating boards determined and must not be obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, offensive, objectionable, or harmful to others.

There may be times when Company will need to terminate your right to use a Company Asset. Please note Company has the right to terminate use of Company Assets at any time at its sole discretion.

Please note that any use of Company Assets may be additionally subject to Company’s policies, including the Terms of Service and User Generated Content, and other agreements you may have with us.
